We want you to love your Shimena product. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

With tags and original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at marketing@shimena.net. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids/gases)

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved and processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
